Based on your plans and project size, we develop a clear ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude), which will open up a bigger conversation about how we can be faster, better, and cheaper.
4. Design Progress

- 5 days after design deposit
- What You Receive:
- 3D progress model of your structure
- Action Needed:
- Review and send questions
5. Design Complete
- Timing:
- 10 days after design deposit
- What You Receive:
- Final 3D rendered design
- Action Needed:
- Approve or request changes
(72- hour. window)
6. Permission to Proceed
- Timing:
- 72 hours after Step 5
- What You Receive:
- Confirmation to begin engineering
- Action Needed:
- Written permission to proceed
7. Engineering Design
- Timing:
- 2 weeks after permission
- What You Receive:
- Completed engineered plans
8. Final Review
- Payment Milestone:
- 30% Steel Deposit
9. Final Revisions (Opt.)
- Timing:
- Only if needed
- What You Receive:
- Updated engineered model
- Action Needed:
- Approve final changes
10. Start Production
- Timing:
- Immediately after Step 9
(or Step 8 if no revisions)
- What You Receive:
- Confirmation of production start
- Production Duration:
- 2 weeks for a 3,000 sq. ft. home
(larger projects may vary)
- Payment Milestone:
- 40% Production Deposit
11. Assembly Complete
- Timing:
- At end of production phase (2 weeks)

- Notice that production/assembly is done
12. Preparing to Ship
- Timing:
- 1-3 days before delivery
- What You Receive:
- Logistics & shipping confirmation
- Payment Milestone:
- 20% Final Shipping Payment due before trucks depart
